Refund and Returns Policy

We appreciate your purchase of the H j industry Chair. Please carefully read and understand our policy regarding returns and refunds:

 

1. No Returns: Once the H J Industry has been purchased and delivered, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect the chair upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

2. No Refunds: All sales of the H J Industry are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

H J Industry, Premises No. G/3, Survey no. 755/3-E, Ground floor, Kruti Industrial Estate, Somnath Road, Daman -396210.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
